Mentorship is available to IWA members at any career stage. Program matches consider career focus, goals, and geographic considerations to ensure productive relationships.
Commitment
Mentees commit to monthly meetings, goal-setting, and progress reporting throughout the six-month program. Active engagement is expected—mentorship requires mutual investment to succeed.

Program Structure
Six-month engagements with structured onboarding, goal-setting, and regular check-ins. IWA provides matching support, conversation guides, and program administration. Mentor-mentee pairs determine meeting frequency and format within program guidelines.
Apply
Both mentor and mentee applications are accepted on rolling basis through the member portal. Applications require profile, goals statement, and availability information. Matching occurs within 30 days of application when suitable pairs are available.
